Workroom Volunteers Needed!
The RMS workroom is one of the easiest ways you can volunteer at RMS and help the teachers, which in turn, helps our kiddos! Please consider signing up for one or multiple shifts so that we can help the teachers start the new school year out right. If you are new to the workroom, you will soon learn how incredibly appreciative the teachers are of the work we do! The times are 9-11 and 1-3, but anytime you are available to help will be greatly appreciated.

Volunteers Must Be Trained!
Volunteers must be trained before using the copy machines. Our smaller machine is similar to what the elementary schools have, but our large machine requires additional training. If you need training, please contact Penny Smith at 281-883-2710 to arrange an orientation.
LIBRARY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
The RMS LIBRARY is in need of volunteers. Please consider signing up for a few hours a month. Our primary responsibilities will be to maintain a monthly bulletin board and host a fall and spring book fair.
“Ongoing research shows that students with involved parents or other caregivers earn higher grades and test scores, have better social skills, and show improved behavior.”
PTA General Meetings
Our first general PTA Meeting of the school year will be held in the RMS library on September 4, at 10:30. General membership meeting dates can always be found under the "Our PTA" tab.
